Depending on the model, anywhere between 3,000L and 10,000L of use. If the source water has a lot of sediment to filter, it could be substantially less. It is best to check the specific product manual and flow rate, as the latter is also a good indicator.

Filters can remove chlorine, lead, bacteria, most viruses, heavy metals, sediment, and other common contaminants to improve taste and safety. The Trailgo Tactical XR and Trailgo RO Max can also remove all known viruses.

Only our Trailgo Max RO model (Reverse Osmosis) can be used to filter salt water. All of our other products are designed for fresh water sources only.

If new and unused, sealed in their original packaging, all products can be stored for a lifetime in a low humidity, cool environment. Once used, it must be disassembled and cleaned and dried before reassembly and storage.
